Process Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure all processes in the workshop are carried out according to standards, and that production runs smoothly
• Collect and analyze abnormal data and defective products, propose solutions, and continuously improve processes
• Implement on-site quality improvements to enhance products by refining existing materials, processes, and equipment
• Apply process systems and documentation, and supervise employees in their implementation
• Develop SOPs for each process and provide training, while optimizing SOPs based on production conditions
• Oversee the screening process of optical fibers to ensure compliance with requirements
• Manage optical fibers molds, ensuring all molds are in good condition, and control spare molds
• Responsible for skill training of all process operators
• Monitor and analyze daily production abnormalities, assisting employees in resolving them
• Assist the workshop supervisor in controlling material consumption, focusing on cost reduction and waste management
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in engineering & science
• Previous experience engaged in process engineer, product engineer, or research & development engineer at least 2 years
• Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
