Job Job Descriptions:
- Implement safety protocols, cost reduction, and continuous process improvements in production
- Create and execute production strategies, goals, and resource allocation aligned with company objectives
- Supervise production, quality control, logistics, and ensure smooth operations
- Ensure products meet customer needs through rigorous quality control
- Develop and enforce department policies, ensuring compliance and document control
- Train and develop a skilled production team to meet company needs
- Improve workshop organization (6S) and quality control practices
- Track inventory and costs, ensuring efficient production and minimal waste
- Implement lean practices, automation, and smart technologies
- Ensure smooth execution of sales orders through effective coordination
- Suggest and drive improvements in management, technology, and processes
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in engineering
- Previous experience engaged in production management at least 5 years
- Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
