Job Job Description:
- Ensure that the production of the team is strictly in accordance with the procedures, and maintain operating records
- Supervise employees to strictly implement various process documents of the technical department and equipment self inspection regulations formulated
- Responsible for the implementation, inspection and supervision of the 5S work of the team
- Responsible for the organization and implementation of training to improve the skills of employees in this team and make it meet the needs of production
- Ensure that raw materials such as preform and coatings are in compliance with the department’s regulation and make daily inventory with the warehouse
- Carry out on site 5S and handover of process execution
- Actively rectify and implement various security measures to ensure the company’s property and employees personal safety
- Complete daily reports for each process of the team
- Assist the production supervisor to ensure that the company and department rules and regulations are strictly implemented in the team
- Assist the production supervisor to control the material consumption
- Assist the production supervisor to complete production and other work
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in electromechanical
- Have experience in manufacture industry
- Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
