Job Job Descriptions:
- Manage the purchase of raw materials, including imports, to ensure a steady supply of high-quality products for production
- Handle the procurement of packaging materials, ensuring they meet production requirements and quality standards
- Oversee the purchase of necessary supplies for the production department, ensuring operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the Export-Import team to accurately input procurement data into the system in a timely manner
- Report purchases of raw materials and packaging materials to the customs system, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Manage the receipt of items, payment applications, and data filling, ensuring organized, and accurate documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationship with local suppliers, including conducting regular business trips to ensure consistent quality and supply
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in engineering
- Previous experience engaged in purchasing/ procurement staff at least 2 years
- Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
