Job Job Description:
- Ensure all processes in the workshop are carried out according to standards, and that production runs smoothly
- Collect and analyze abnormal data and defective products, propose solutions, and continuously improve processes
- Responsible for debugging after the introduction of new materials, production of process documents, and approval of debugging reports.
- Ensure that the tooling and molds are in good condition and support the effective performance
- Complete product validation according to schedule, summarize experience and form a document for archiving
- Assist the workshop supervisor in controlling material consumption, focusing on cost reduction and waste management
- Analyze industry development trends
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Electrical/ Physics/ Telecommunication/ Material/ Mechatronics Engineering
- Previous experience engaged in Process Engineer / Product Engineer
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
