Job Description:

  • Supervise and analyze learning and development program to get effectiveness and gain from the program
  • Review man power planning
  • Supervise and analyze recruitment process and onboarding process
  • Supervise and analyze compensation and benefit calculation
  • Supervise and analyze employee performance evaluation process
  • Supervise and analyze employee discipline enforcement
  • Conduct effective employee relationship and industrial relationship

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in all functions of Human Resources
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to multitask effectively
  • Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
