Job Description:
- Supervise and analyze learning and development program to get effectiveness and gain from the program
- Review man power planning
- Supervise and analyze recruitment process and onboarding process
- Supervise and analyze compensation and benefit calculation
- Supervise and analyze employee performance evaluation process
- Supervise and analyze employee discipline enforcement
- Conduct effective employee relationship and industrial relationship
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in all functions of Human Resources
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to multitask effectively
- Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
