Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D)
- Execute end-to-end payroll process
- Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations
- Handle end-to-end Industrial Relations (IR)
- Understand company permits, licensing and compliance processes
- Experienced in General Affairs (GA) tasks
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HRGA roles
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to multitask effectively
- Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
